Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use only authorized accounts and data

• Connect only Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage, and keep that authorization current.
• Use review, reviewer and business information only where you have a lawful basis and permission to process it.
• Protect account credentials and do not try to access another user's account, data or connected business without permission.

2. Review every AI suggestion

AI replies may be wrong or unsuitable. Read, edit and approve each reply before publishing. Do not use the service to create deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or privacy-invasive replies, or to make claims you cannot support.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Fake, purchase, incentivize, suppress or manipulate reviews or ratings, or impersonate a reviewer or business.
• Send spam, threats, harassment, malware or unsolicited messages, or violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Bypass service limits or platform safeguards, scrape or access systems without authorization, or interfere with service security and availability.
• Use Google data outside the connected feature or in a way that conflicts with applicable Google API or Business Profile policies.

4. Reporting and contact

Report suspected misuse or security concerns to support@airespond.co. The application does not currently provide a documented in-product enforcement or appeal workflow; response and account action procedures need operational review.
