1. Who operates AIRespond

AIRespond is an independently operated software service operated from India. This draft does not identify a registered company or legal entity. For privacy questions or requests, contact pks@airespond.co; for account and support requests, contact support@airespond.co.

2. Information processed

Depending on how you use the service, the application processes account name and email; Google account identifiers and profile details; connected Business Profile locations and business details; customer review text, ratings and reviewer information; generated drafts and published replies; templates and business knowledge-base content; subscription and payment status; and technical or security records such as sign-in and OAuth request metadata.

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay integration. The exact payment details retained by AIRespond versus the payment provider depend on the provider configuration and have not been fully verified for this draft.

3. How information is used

• To connect authorized Google Business Profiles, synchronize reviews, and publish replies that a user has reviewed and approved.
• To prepare AI-assisted reply suggestions using review and relevant business context, and to provide templates, knowledge-base features and analytics.
• To operate accounts, subscriptions, support, security and service reliability.

4. Google data and AI services

When you connect Google, the application requests OpenID, email, profile and Google Business Profile management access. The Business Profile permission supports connecting locations, reading and synchronizing reviews, and publishing replies you approve. The application stores connected account/profile and business data and encrypted OAuth token material so the connection can operate.

For AI reply generation, review text and relevant business context are sent to the Google Generative Language API. The exact provider retention, account tier and data-use settings have not been confirmed. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. We do not make a claim here that these practices meet a particular Google policy requirement.

AIRespond currently has no in-app control to switch or disconnect the connected Google account. You can review or revoke third-party access in your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized access but does not by itself erase information already synchronized into AIRespond. Email support@airespond.co to request review or deletion of account and Google-related data; no processing deadline is promised in this draft.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Information is processed by the service providers needed to run the product, including Supabase for application data/authentication, Google for account access and AI generation, and Razorpay for subscription payments. Provider locations, contractual terms, subprocessors and exact retention settings have not all been verified. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users and the service; the precise legal basis depends on the circumstances.

6. Storage, retention and deletion

Application records are stored in the service database. Review history and related business content can remain after a location is deselected. A complete account-deletion workflow, processor-wide deletion, log cleanup and backup-retention schedule were not verified. We therefore do not promise deletion within 30 days or a fixed backup deletion period.

To request access, correction or deletion, email support@airespond.co. We will review the request and applicable legal, security and operational requirements. Some records may need to be retained where law requires it; how requests are completed is subject to the systems and provider processes available at that time.

7. Cookies and device storage

The application uses browser storage for functions such as remembering sidebar state, workspace preferences and authentication/session handling. The current marketing-site and application source audit did not find Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity active in the checked source. Deployment-injected scripts and provider-side collection were not verified. See the Cookie Policy for details.

8. Age, international use and your choices

AIRespond is intended for people aged 18 or older, but the current registration flow does not verify age. The service is intended for worldwide use; availability depends on applicable law, Google services, payment providers and regional restrictions. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, object to or request deletion of personal information. Contact pks@airespond.co for privacy matters.
