Terms of Service
These draft terms describe proposed rules for using AIRespond. They are not effective until reviewed and approved. Subscription, cancellation, trial and jurisdiction terms remain subject to verification and legal review.
1. The service and operator
AIRespond is an independently operated software service operated from India. It helps eligible users connect Google Business Profiles, synchronize reviews, prepare AI-assisted reply suggestions, use templates and business context, publish replies approved by the user, and view review analytics. It is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Google.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older, including individuals and people acting for businesses, owners, managers or agencies. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials and have authority to connect and manage each business profile. The current registration flow does not verify age; an age-control mechanism remains to be implemented.
3. AI suggestions and publishing
AI-generated replies are suggestions and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing each reply, confirming it is appropriate and lawful, and approving it before publication. The service does not intentionally publish unapproved AI replies. Do not rely on generated text as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
4. Google and other providers
Google APIs, Business Profile availability, provider policies and other third-party systems affect the service. You must follow their applicable terms and policies and maintain authorization for connected locations. We cannot promise that a third-party platform or integration will remain available or unchanged. See the Privacy Policy for data-processing details.
5. Plans, trial and payment
Plan prices, limits, billing dates, trial eligibility and payment terms must be shown and accepted in the product before purchase. The application code includes a trial flow and Razorpay subscription integration, but the live plan cadence, notices, payment-method requirements and end-of-trial behavior have not all been verified. This draft does not promise a particular trial length, no-charge outcome or renewal schedule. Contact support@airespond.co with billing questions.
6. Cancellation, refunds and access
The current application does not provide a verified self-service cancellation or refund workflow. You may contact support@airespond.co to request cancellation or a billing review, but the handling process and effect on renewal or access require confirmation. Proposed refund terms are not effective; see the clearly marked draft Refund Policy. Applicable statutory rights are not waived by these draft terms.
7. Acceptable use and content
You remain responsible for submitted business information, reviews and replies, and for permissions to use them. Do not use AIRespond for unlawful conduct, unauthorized access, deceptive reviews, spam, harassment, privacy violations, platform-policy evasion or content you have no right to use. The Acceptable Use Policy gives further examples.
8. Availability, liability and changes
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or particular business, ranking, SEO, review or revenue results. Maintenance, technical issues, networks, infrastructure, Google APIs and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Law, disputes and contact
The proposed governing law is the law of India. Competent courts in Hisar, Haryana are proposed as the forum, subject to review by qualified Indian counsel and to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights that apply.
